To secure your appointment, a $25.00 deposit will be required per person and per piece of jewellery. This will then be deducted from the cost of the chain you select at the time of your appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours from the time of your booking will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

We offer a 60 day warranty on permanent jewellery repairs, if the chain has broken at the site of the weld on the jump ring. 
We offer a 30 day warranty on permanent jewellery repairs for chains that have broken not at the site of the weld (being pulled or caught on something). Outside of the 30 days, we can repair the chain for a $20 fee.
If the chain has broken and been lost and it cannot be determined whether it broke at the weld site or not, and the chain must be replaced, we offer a 25% discount. 

Any permanent jewellery pieces that are for children younger than 10 years old, a parent or guardian will be required to sign a waiver. 
In the case that a jewellery chain is broken and becomes a choking or strangulation hazard, we will not be held responsible.
